The prices we charge for using our services/products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Return & Refund Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 10 business days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you would like to exchange your jewelry for a different style or size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request subject to product availability.

 

Please note that certain items are non-refundable, including custom-made, sized or personalized jewelry. Sale items are also non-refundable. Any item returned not in its original packaging will not be credited or exchanged. Any items returned with scratches will not be credited or exchanged. Any item returned that has been worn or damaged in any way will not be credited or exchanged.

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us
